If youāre more than 15 minutes late I may have to cancel your appointment if it conflicts with my work schedule for that day (50% service fee)
CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy We understand that life happens and plans can change, but to ensure the smooth operation of our salon, we have the following policies in place: Ā°Cancellations made 48hrs or less before the appointment or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service total. Ā°Any rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the appointment will be considered a last-minute cancellation and will be subject to the cancellation fee mentioned above. ALL DEPOSITS AND FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. These policies help us accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
